Interneta veikalā Mikiin.com piedāvāto preču pārdevējs ir SIA Miķelis, kas darbojas kā juridiska persona, no vienas puses, turpmāk tekstā Pārdevējs, un persona, kas veic pasūtījumu, turpmāk tekstā Pircējs, no otras puses, noslēdz šādu Līgumu:
Pārdevējs apņemas pārdot un piegādāt Pircējam preces saskaņā ar Pircēja pasūtījumu.

Mēs esam PVN maksātāji, vietnē mikiin.com ,visas cenas ir norādītas ar PVN likmēm.

Piegādes un apmaksas kārtība

Pircējs veic preču pasūtījumu caur šo vietni, norādot pasūtāmo preču veidu un daudzumu. Pircējam ir iespēja norēķināties par preci, izmantojot interneta veikalā iekļautos maksāšanas rīkus vai apmaksājot atbilstošo pārdevēja sagatavoto un pircējam e-pastā nosūtīto rēķinu. Rēķins ir sagatavots elektroniski un ir derīgs bez paraksta. Pārdevējs nodrošina preču nosūtīšanu pircējam, pēc apmaksas saņemšanas, piegādes laiku saskaņojot ar pircēju.

Atteikuma tiesības

Pircējam ir tiesības atteikt preci 14 kalendāro dienu laikā no Preces saņemšanas brīža, nosūtot Pārdevējam atteikuma vēstuli. Atteikuma vēstules veidlapu Pārdevējs nosūta Pircējam pa e-pastu pēc Pircēja pieprasījuma. Pircēja pienākums ir atgriezt preci pārdevējam 7 dienu laikā pēc atteikuma vēstules nosūtīšanas. Visus izdevumus, kas radušies saistībā ar preču nosūtīšanu atpakaļ Pārdevējam, sedz Pircējs. Pircējs nevar izmantot atteikuma tiesības, ja pasūtītās preces pēc savas būtības nav atgriežamas, ātri bojājas vai ātri izlietojamas.

Latvijas Republikas Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likuma 12. panta sestajā daļā teikts, ka “patērētājs ir atbildīgs par preces kvalitātes saglabāšanu atteikuma tiesību izmantošanas laikā”. Pārdevējs patur tiesības atteikt Pircējam izmantot atteikuma tiesības vai ieturēt kompensācijas maksu gadījumā, ja prece ir bojāta, neuzmanīga rīcība ar preci lietošanas laikā vai instrukcijas, instrukcijas neievērošana, ja preces oriģinālais iepakojums ir nozaudēts vai ja ir būtiski bojāts tās iepakojums.

Datu apstrāde

Ievadot nepieciešamo informāciju un veicot pasūtījumu, Pircējs apliecina, ka ir iepazinies ar un piekrīt, ka viņa sniegtie dati tiek izmantoti, lai Pārdevējs varētu pieņemt Pircēja pasūtījumu un piegādāt preces atbilstoši Latvijas Republikas likumdošanas prasībām. Ievadot informāciju, Pircējs piekrīt, ka uz norādīto e-pasta adresi tiks nosūtīti paziņojumi saistībā ar Pircēja pasūtījuma apstrādi
